本ポリシーは全文を閲覧・印刷・保存いただけます。

The Botanistを継続して利用している限り、当社は関連する個人情報を保持および処理します。1年以上The Botanistの利用が確認されない場合、当社はその後速やかに該当情報を削除いたします。
ただし、法的義務を遵守するために必要な場合に限り、より長期間にわたって情報を保持することがあります。

また、個人情報に関する漏えい等の疑いが生じた場合に対応するための手順を整備しており、法的に義務付けられている場合には、該当する利用者および関係当局に速やかに通知します。

The Ministry of Culture, a Government Ministry registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, (the “Company” or “we” or “us“) is committed to protecting and respecting personal information that it handles in connection with the services it provides.
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we use your personal information when you use / engage with The Botanist AR Experience (including the associated websites and services) as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka (‘The Botanist’). It also explains the rights you have in this respect.

2. Data Controller
The Botanist is operated under the legal jurisdiction of Japan. The Company is the Data Controller of any personal data collected, provided and/or processed via The Botanist.

Please note that we may anonymise your personal information or use it for statistical purposes. We keep anonymised and statistical data indefinitely but we take care to ensure that such data can no longer identify or be connected to any individual.

They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal information breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Unfortunately, sending information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information provided during your use of the Botanist, and as such you agree to use The Botanist (and thereby send to us personal information at your own risk). Once we have received your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.
